CZM Announces the Passing of Patrick O'Kane
VANCOUVER, CANADA, CZM Capital Corp.'s director Patrick T. O'Kane, PEng, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2004. Mr. O'Kane was one of the inventors of the PlatSol process for recovery of base (copper, nickel, cobalt) and precious metals (gold, silver, platinum group metals) and was a strong contributor to the board of directors of CZM Capital Corp.

The entire company of CZM Capital Corp. extends its sincere condolences to Mr. O'Kane's wife, Rose, and his family.
